Referral Needed - Collections & OIC work

A client of mine referred somebody to me that has a severe IRS & FTB collection issue. From the little facts I know, I think there may be an opportunity for an offer in compromise.

This is not work that we do. We used to have an ex-IRS person that did this kind of work. He was great, but he has retired and moved away.

Does anybody have a good referral for me in the San Jose, CA area? Other than Steve Moskowitz.

Message me if you can't find a local solution. I use a preparer/bookeeper that does a good job. She cleans up the books and financial data AND files the forms that get the account stabilized on an installment plan....then file OIC. But she's in So Cal.
