Business type

My son and daughter-in-law are starting a wedding photography business together with just them two. They want to create an LLC.

Would you recommend they setup a Partnership with the LLC or something else?

LLC is a state registration. More than likely for Federal filing they will be filing as qualified joint venture (2 Sch C)!

Agree. If more than 1 member LLC, then 1065 partnership return. Unless, they elect S Coro status.
