There are 2 versions of Canopy. 1 for practice management, and 1 for representation. I use the one for tax practice management. Been using it for about 4 months now. So far I am underwhelmed.
The best part, IMO, is the portal. It works well. The big downside to the portal is that if you want white label branding you have to pay extra. (I think he quoted me $500/year).
The CRM functions are 'meh'. The email client is buggy and the task management features are not even worth the bother, IMO.
I may not renew for a second year. I'll give it through this tax season to decide.
