Integrate voice mail with email

Does anyone know of an easy way to integrate the voice mail for each employee with outlook? I'm am trying to figure out a way to have an email sent to each person when they receive a voice mail (that they can listen to on their email). We are on a network, and also have a phone system setup with 3 separate lines.

We have such a system. It was a feature included in our phone system lease. We use NEC phones.
