This is to pull down client's purchase details, not their customer's purchases from them.
Analytic reports contain similar info but are not automatic.
The Amazon QBO app works like a bank feed and only for Amazon business accounts.
It only brings down last few months of purchases. That's why you'll need to use Analytics to get reports for the rest. Didn't try importing into QBO.
Alternatively, Greenback.com is a 3rd party cloud QBO app, subscription. It works with Amazon biz and personal, as well as Paypal. For a 49 buck fee, they'll go back much further than the Amazon app.
