Taxact servers down

Is it just myself or have you noticed that Taxact's software has been down allot this year so far and we are not even into the busy season yet?

Yes, the program kept on crashing or getting stuck on me yesterday. Just spoke to a Rep from TaxAct who admitted that they did have a problem yesterday...

Did Elon Musk tweet that everyone should use TaxAct?

Hopefully all tax software platforms will get the glitches out by the time 2/12 rolls around.
