FTAs

Can an FTA( First Time Abatement) be requested for both a FTF 1120s AND for a payroll 941 FTD AND a FTF 1040? I know that the abatements only cover one tax period, say one quarter of 941 or one tax year 1040 or 1120s but can they all be requested for FTA?

The 1040 and 1120-S are for different taxpayers, so that's certainly worth a shot. Two shots, I mean.
