We charge $79 for a Hawaii ge tax return (for a retail biz model), which can be a bit more complicated than a sales tax return I think.

We are thinking of going to $89.

The tax returns take only a few minutes to file, but chasing and reminding clients is a PITA.

If you are not hourly, what would you charge?

Minimum is $75 when it takes only a few minutes to file and remit payment. If more involved, then it goes up to minimum of $150. Those fees are PER revenue agency.
