Smart Vault printing issue

I'm not sure if this is a Drake issue or a Smart Vault issue. This morning I printed a PDF copy of a return to the client's Smart Vault, but this afternoon, I'm not able to print a second client to their Smart Vault. I tried printing a document from a third client to Smart Vault, one that I know I was able to do a week or so ago, and it didn't work either. Any suggestions?

I had that issue at one point and had to go into SmartVault Launchpad, disable the connection to my tax software, shut down SmartVault, open it back up, and recreate the connection. If it creates any duplicate accounts, they're pretty easy to merge in the SmartVault portal via their actual website.

Thanks, Cornerstone, I'll give that a try. In the interim, I've been able to store PDF files in the download folder then move them to SV. That works pretty well.
