For the smaller firms (less than 10 employees), would you be willing to share how much you paid for RIA Checkpoint within the last year or two, the specific product offering/add-ons that you have, and how many users you have?

It totally depends on what you get. I paid $5400 (40% discount off of list) but I got a lot. It includes RIA Federal Tax Coordinator Library, PPC Compliance LIbrary, Checkpoint SALT (all 50 states), business and individual planning modules.

I think they give you 10 users now at no additional cost.

I believe they had a deal with Drake Software for their customers and it was $99 per user for the basic Checkpoint Web based library and research.

We also purchase multiple products and have a 5-user plan. Here is the major one that is on our invoice:
