Any thoughts on where to place ads for CPA / EA? We need a tax manager.

NCSEA has a job board. Don't know how active it is. That's where I got my last job before I opened my own practice. Given the (ahem) fun I had at that firm, maybe that's not a wonderful recommendation!

Linkedin seems to be a good place, you can typically see their current experience as well as long as their profile is up to date.
