Am I the only one who refuses to click on ALL links? I also refuse ALL thumb drives.

Zero exceptions.

It's upload via my Citrix link, fax, snail mail , or the highway.

Canopy has a built in virus scanner I do believe. Flashdrives are a no go... Even for established clients because they may unknowingly have malware on their computer... If they're tech savvy enough to use a thumbdrive they can upload it to my portal or I agree they can give me physical copies or go somewhere else.

Yes. But, I do have an off-network Chromebook that only connects to a very external e-mail address intended to scan or view potentially malicious links. It maintains only a cellular connection, never over WiFi. It already paid for itself the first time I used it for this purpose. IT IS NOT ALLOWED to be connected to a single network or device, wirelessly or physically, or to any actively used account.
