What program do you use for faxing?

The only recipient will be the IRS most likely. What program do others use?

I have a cheap fax machine with a dedicated phone line; the line is included at no charge with my rent. I really only use it for communicating with IRS, and I have two clients that prefer to send me some info via fax.
