Have a new client who has their Amex accounts hooked up to the bank fee in QBO. I have never historically been able to get all the subuser cards to be able to connect in QBO, only the main card. So if the account had employee cards, I could never get those charges or credits to go into QBO.

My new client has all the charges on several employee cards hitting the QBO bank feed, so my question is, how can I figure out how to do that?

They're constantly updating the feeds. Try disconnecting and reconnecting them to see if it then prompts for the separate accounts to be mapped to GL accounts. I have not seen any recent corporate AMEX account statements but they used to just group them on one statement by account name, whereas other banks send separate statements for each account.
