New PPS Pilot Program

I was rather happy to see in the IRS weekly newsletter that they are trying a pilot program to reduce the number of automated diallers to PPS. According to the newsletter, it will mean having to repeat phrases before being connected. It says it has been initiated. So I wonder if anyone has had to use it yet. What was your experience? Any tips and tricks that will work for us humans but not a robot?

I have heard from others that you either repeat a phrase or tell the answer to a question, such as what is 1 plus 2. People are getting through to IRS now, so hopefully it is helping. About time they did something-we should not have to pay (EnQ, etc) to talk to IRS.

Monday (10/23) that was live. But still did not get through. Rest of week -back to the original system
I've not been able to get through from 10/18 - today 10/27 - Tried 3-4 times a day. Very frustrating.
