would anyone have a recommendation for software
for payroll taxes where i can electronically file them myself?

CFS Software. Not expensive and does the job.

I actually have another software to do payroll then I transcribe the 941 etc into CFS. I don’t care for CFS’ regular payroll reports, looking at it from the client’s point of view.

I use CFS in my practice. The only "live" payroll that I do is my own, once a month, but I have a couple after-the-fact quarterly/annual filings and the one-person payrolls to support.

good info..thank you - i need to amend some pr returns for ERC and i don't think Gusto will go back to 2020

Ah, you did not say 'amended' returns. I don't know if there is software that will e-file amended returns. I have no idea.

You may want to look at online services like Tax1099 or Yearli for that.
