I use Concord Fax, $11/month for 50 pages up and 50 pages down per month. I haven't had any issues with it.

My voip service includes a fax feature. I can fax right from my email and receive faxes to email.
If you have a voip provider, you may want to check with them about faxing.

I signed up with them last week. Has worked seamlessly for me so far.
I liked their HIPPA certification

Number 3 with Concord Fax. When I evaluated them a few years ago I liked the HIPAA angle and the fact that many of its users are in the medical industry. Although I barely use it, it doesn't give me any problems and the print to fax driver is nice. The few times I've had an issue I was impressed with their responsiveness and customer service.

Fax Plus. $60 per year. HIPPA certified. 100 pages month. They also have other plans if you do more faxing than 100 pgs.

That's who I use and have had zero problems. My wife works for a major University (top 20 in the country) and they use it so I figured it was good enough for me.

efax would take half an hour to process a single page.
When i complained, they just say it's my fault
