I think this is b.s.

Was just complaining to an IRS rep about something.

she's like one moment.

than i get hung up on.

This is bull....

you know how many times we're getting hung up on.

if you call near closing hours, just so coincidentally get hung up on.

Ridiculous.

Anyone else having these problems?

just got a nice rep

and she's apologizing telling me staff at practicioner hotline
not sufficiently trained sometimes

Always have your pen and paper ready to take down their employee ID number.....I don't do that often but I think I should.

It's good advice.

customer service at federal and state level overall is just a train wreck

Getting a name and ID number are a must at the beginning of any call. Keep a list of the bad ones and send off a letter post 4/15.

good idea...only right...can't be handing up on people after all the torturous time giving out my ssn and dob

i hate that

i hate giving out that info
