If you want QuickBooks-adjacent, consider AccountEdge by Acclivity. It used to play nice between Mac and Windows, but I gather the support for Mac is dwindling. Pricing is at https://www.accountedge.com/pricing/windows/

I use Moneyworks by Cognito Software from New Zealand. They do not do payroll and they are heavily biased towards Australasia and the UK. The Gold version allows you to do classes and to design your own reports. Express may allow you to do classes, but I am not sure as I went from the bargain basement version straight to Gold. I am a Luddite but I have managed to put together quite presentable financials for a variety of clients
