As you all know taxes aren't always black and white. It helps to reference previous Tax Court cases to see how to handle a particular situation. Where do you do that though? Are there specific books or software out there to assist in finding relevant Tax Court decisions? If there are several sources which do you recommend?

My tax research service-RIA Checkpoint- includes cases. All the major services do, as long as you pay for it.
Even if yours doesn't, it should provide citations. Then you can find them online.

My tax service also references court cases (PPC). I also use legalbitstream.com to search as well.
