So , as some of you know, I sold off and/or resigned from much of my tax practice and focus on CFP work.

I still handle about 100 clients and no longer have a credit card account with QB's etc.

I have about 10-15 clients who would want to pay by credit card but at 100 clients, I didn't set one up.

Is there a service out there where I do NOT have to take the info over the phone?

Perhaps Paypal?

Any ideas. Will only be about $20K a year in CC fees. Most clients are paying by Zelle, Venmo etc.

Look at Square. You can send a link for payment online. I’m a sole practitioner with no admin and it works for me.

Another vote for Square. No monthly fees, payment link, and the rates are reasonable.

Chase Paymenttech might be cheaper if Square does not have what you need.

Also consider Bill.com

I use CPA Charge. I have the payment link on my website that they can pay through. Can also send the link via e-mail.

Square will be the simplest and cheapest, and I say that even as a hater of Square.

If you want a more advanced system, look at Bill & Pay, though I don't know what you use to invoice.

You can tell people you accept payment via Paypal if they need to use a credit card.
