BNA still hasn't corrected CA. I called and asked for a partial refund of my subscription cost since I am having to do these manual calculations. They couldn't care less. Still. The manager I spoke with said he had only fielded two calls from CA on the issue. I said something along the lines of "way to strive for excellence". It's been 3 months. It's not like this is some esoteric calculation. It's one of the bad things about being a sole practitioner. If I were a partner of a big firm, and I called and said, fix this or we are not renewing, then someone would care.
