How to obtain copies of F709 gift tax returns

Working on a 706 and need to verify I have *all* the 709 gift tax returns previously filed. Any tips / tricks for obtaining info from the IRS other than the 4506?

I'm pretty sure I heard you could call the Gift & Estate tax division in a CPE course once but I can't recall the exact details.

You could call the Estate and Gift Tax department at 1866.699.4083, I find them to be helpful. Note their hours of operation; 10am - 2pm EST
