Sometimes, out of the blue, it seems to take 5-10 minutes when I try to view the return.

It does not seem to be taking up much in the way of resources in the task manager.

Anyone else having this issue?

First year Drake user and I have had no problems, running it on an eight year-old laptop.

No, but I'm not running it on a server. Old Dell desktop.

No issues here. 10 year old laptop.

Yes. I've noticed the same problem. Thought it was the computer but apparently not. Haven't called Drake about it.

I've had this happen, though not as long. Does it happen on every return or just that specific one?

Run with Task Manager open and see what other software kicks in the background. I have had situations where the Anti Virus was hogging Disk so much that it was at 100%. Nothing will get done until it drops below 100%.
