It's not an image, it's HTML text formatted using the BBCode feature of this web site.

Under the current configuration, the only person who can post images directly is the site admin, he has disabled the capability for ordinary users (I'm not complaining about that, it's probably a good idea).

You could use a site like http://imgur.com/ to upload your image, and then post a link to imgur here.

The problem with the BBCode approach I used is that it still tries to wrap long lines. I start by printing my selection from Excel to the Windows generic/text printer, which produces a .TXT file with fixed-width space characters to achieve tabular formatting. But even then, I find I still have to tweak the text a few times to get it to look presentable.

Thanks, makbo. I agree - image insertion would probably be more bad than good.

Kudos to makbo for creatively figuring out how to get a table of data formatted inside a post ;-)

Couple of reasons for no images here. First, I'm trying to keep this site as "lightweight" as possible. Just the facts. I don't think we've had a situation yet where an image or photo would have made a critical difference in conveyance of thought.

Second, and I'm now glad about this in retrospect -- when linking photos it is tough for me to enforce an SSL (https) secure source link. When I switched this site over to https a few weeks ago it was nearly effortless, thanks to sticking with the "lightweight" philosophy. With a ton of mixed content it would have been a PITA to unwind and get to SSL.
