Does this include the recent mudslide destruction and fatalities in Montecito? What does "beginning Dec 4th" mean? When does it end? Hwy 101 (major route) is still closed in both directions, expected to be open next week after a week or two of closure.
Is this really just a two-week extension of filing and payment deadlines? Is that the same as what the Gulf Coast was given just a few months ago?
