Take a look at the form. 4361? maybe...and instructions. I think it's pretty clear that when you leave one gig for another in a different church, you get a new decision. If you move from one Presbyterian to another, probably not.

Sorry- I still can’t find anything that addresses the issue that changing churches gives the clergy member a new 2 year window.

Anyone else have a source for this?

Take a look at "Change of belief" and Hall and Ballinger cases. There is opportunity. And of course, if you change positions, all you have to do is have new church handle SS taxes for you....
