Regarding requirement that trust qualifies as a QSST as long as the trustee distributes or is required to
distribute the income at least annually to the beneficiary, what if the trust is required to do this per the trust agreement but doesn't/can't due to a special situation such as the trustee is holding money from the S-corp distributions to pay attorney, accountant, etc.?
