Has anyone successfully gotten the Health Coverage Tax Credit for a Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation payee? This is a big, refundable credit, (72.5% of qualifying health insurance premiums paid) and my client's wife received a letter stating she might qualify.
There are many hoops to jump through and many documents to provide - I was wondering if anyone here is an expert on this or at least familiar?
