Hello All. My first post.
I have a client that does Amazon sales from a different country (Chile) He established an LLC in the states couple of years back and since has never filed a tax return (Federal and State). Being a single member llc and with no SSN, how can he file his tax return? For me it boiled down to two options a C-Corp or 1040NR. I would love this communities input on this situation.
