Prospective client sells high end ($500K+) custom items. They are manufactured in China, shipped here, minor finishing work completed and delivered to the customer. All custom duties are paid, no foreign bank accounts, payments by wire transfer. All payroll returns up to date and taxes paid. Federal and state tax returns filed on time in the past.
They are a C corporation. Other than the foreign purchase, they have no other oddities that i can see.
