C Corp, one shareholder, he only employee. He wants the corporation to pay and deduct his health insurance premiums.
Is it mandatory that the corporation get the insurance policy, and put him as an employee on it? Or can the C Corp merely pay or reimburse him for the premiums on his individual health insurance policy, like an S Corp.?
