2018 Charity Donation AMT ?

Self Employed individual making >$900k.
Other than taxes, no preference items and AMT has never exceeded regular tax.
Considering 2018 donation of $100K to charity.
Appears this has no impact on AMT/Form 6251.
Any changes to consider for 2018 to this?

I agree that 900 K of self employed income should not put client in AMT for 2018 . However that level of income bears some year end tax planning, particularly because of self employment status.

A starting point is estimating what client's income will be for 2019.

There are tons of tax planning considerations but there is not enough information provided .
