In trying to do research to confirm that the QCD also applies to reduce taxable PA income the best indication I discovered were a few charities including a University that were promoting this method to make a tax saving donation. Then I realized since PA does not tax such retirement income it makes no difference. {Slapping head - I could have had a V-8.)
