Client is a CA S corporation. Employee is moving to Nevada. Here is what I think I know:

1. No S corporation income tax return filing requirement.

2. Quarterly payroll reports required to pay the unemployment insurance of 2.95% on wages up to $31,200 and the .05% for the Career Enhancement Program.

3. Register with Employment Security Division.

4. Obtain worker's compensation insurance from an agent/broker licensed by Nevada.

What else do I need to let my client know? Thank you for any help.

You mean, no Nevada requirement, right? They'd still be filing for CA I think.
