Are fire insurance expense and repairing expenses to upkeep a property held by a 'trust' deductible in Form 1041 in 2018? The property was not for rental.
These were 2% misc itemized deductions, eliminated with TCJA. No longer deductible (and never deductible if the property was used personally while in trust).
