My client is selling their business and a potential buyer has asked for several pieces of information. One of those is a report of investments in fixed operational assets for the last three years (CAPEX). I've never done this or been asked to provide it. I've Googled the report and there are several different approaches it appears. Can anyone offer some in insight to what and how this should be presented? or a template for preparing one?
