It's due on the 15th, but in order to get an ACH funds transfer for a given date, I believe it has to be entered online by 3 PM the day before. So as of the time of this post, you are late and cannot schedule a timely bank transfer payment.
One partial workaround is to use a credit card to make the payment, which can count for a same-day payment. While there will be a 2-3% convenience/cash advance fee, that is much better than the 15% (or whatever it is) penalty for being late.
This advice based on the last time I had to deal with this situation, which was a year or two ago.
