FBAR corporation fiscal year

I am preparing a corporate tax return for a C corporation with a fiscal year ending October 31, 2019. Regarding the FBAR, I understand that it is a calendar year form, and the due date is April 15, 2020, regardless of whether the taxpayer files the corporate tax return on a fiscal year. Does anyone disagree?

All FBARs are extended until 15 October each year.
