I am not sure which forum to ask this question.
My client is not a US resident and not live in US either. He want to set up a US company and ask if I can help with that.
My question is:
is CPA allowed to register corporation for clients? or only attorney can do that? since it involves draft article of incorporation, etc.
another question is what is the major difference of registering a business by US resident/citizen and non US resident?
