Economic Impact Payment - Remote Assistance

An elderly client has asked me to check on the status of her economic impact payment through the IRS online portal and to enter in her banking information if possible. She is not computer savvy. I am an enrolled agent. Am I allowed to do this for her remotely while on the phone with her? I cannot meet with her because of the pandemic. I don't want to violate any laws.
