Return of EIDL

Does anyone know procedure to return EIDL loan proceeds

Called SBA and they said just send them a check but want to send it to correct place so loan gets satisfied

It's in the paperwork your client signed. But why would anyone want to give back a loan that 3.75% over 30 years????

I’m fairly confident you can think of at least one reason why someone would want to return proceeds from a loan, regardless of the interest rate.
