As the due date of 2019 tax return has been delayed to 7/15, has the IRS announced the due date for the 2019 extension tax return?

So far, Sept 15 or Oct 15 depending on type of return.

So while the first due date was extended, the extension due dates stay the same?
Surprise.

If a LLC did not file an extension, the due date of the 2019 tax return is 7/15, is it correct?

Yes if by attention you mean extension and if the original due date was between 4/1 and 7/15 in 2020.

If the LLC is a partnership (for tax purposes) with a tax year that ended 12/31, the extension is now late (the original due date would have been 3/16)

LLC filed as S corp is due on 3/16 as well. I send the extension that day before I left office and started "shelter-in-place" under the county's order.

Can I file a timely extension (2019 1040) on 7/15/20?
