2016 NYS Amended refund return extended to July 15th?

Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing okay.

I'm aware that a 2016 Federal Amended Refund Return can still be filed by July 15th, 2020.

Does anyone know if this is also the case for New York? I could not find anything in writing.
