Paper Filed Return

Client got stuck filing paper because his ditzy ex used Turbo Tax and claimed both children.

He mailed the return about the time everything shut down. Today he sent me a screenshot that his return is finally being processed.

Hopefully he was eligible to claim at least one of the kids and maybe file "Head of Household "filing status

Technically, he can claim both and HoH because they lived with him longer. She doesn't qualify for HoH. I advised both of them when I did their final return together to make sure they kept one child longer than the other. Lucky for me, she did her own because no way would I give her HoH.
