I haven't been able to get a 100% answer on this question relating to the SBA comment, "For each individual employee, the total amount of cash compensation eligible for forgiveness may not exceed an annual salary of $100,000 as prorated for the covered period." So if you choose a 12 week period and assume it's 50% (it could be a 16 week period ??), do you reduce $100K shareholder salaries from $20,833 to $10,417 and $100K employees from $46,154 to $23,077?
Any help or clarification is greatly appreciated. Thank you
