My client sold all the fixed assets, which included extensive video equipment, plus all the self created software in order to live stream sports events for 1.2 million......for us, since we capitalized the self created software and the video equipment, we simply sold the "Fixed Assets", which flowed to 4797. Therefore, we would just like to show the whole sale as Class V, which is furniture and fixtures......We think that the software perhaps shouldn't go into Class VI or Class VII.......

Thought's ??
