PPP part 2 loan amount calculation

This may be in here and if it is, I apologize. I did search but didn't find anything.

When we applied for the first round of PPP we were able to include an amount for utilities and interest that were allowed to calulate the amount of the loan. When I read the instructions for calculating this round, I don't see where there is an allowance in the calculation for that. On the application there is a box to mark if you want to use funds for those items and a few others that weren't there before. So it looks to me like the calculation is wages paid, employee benefits, state and local employment taxes, divide by 12, times 2.5. Is that right?
