1040NR Loss Carryforward?

Nonresident alien owns part of an LLC that has generated losses every year so they never filed a personal return with the US. In 2020 it finally showed a profit.

For a 1040NR, if they filed the previous years showing the losses, would that loss carry forward to the year of income and offset against the current year income?
