Anyone from Oklahoma?

Elderly client files a non resident for OK for Royalty income. The last two years, we changed her address (from Florida) to her son's address in Illinois. Last year, she received a notice that copies of the W2s, 1099, etc have to be sent to them because they implemented security measures. Her son's name does not appear on the return.

About two weeks ago, I filled out the OK POA BT-129 that was mailed in. Client just got the same notice for 2020 return. Of course it's possible they haven't processed the BT-129 yet, but does anyone have any suggestions? FYI, client has an expired driver's license which I used, that is the only other thing I can think of that is causing this.

I did notice that OK allows you to send PDFs with the return. Has anyone tried using this to send copies of the W2, 1099, etc?

Thanks
Cathy
